Welcome to badpkr. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and badpkr ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the badpkr platform, including the website located at badpkr.org, all associated mobile experiences, gaming content, sportsbook services, payment features, and promotional programmes.

badpkr is Pakistan's premier online casino and sports betting platform, purpose-built for Pakistani players. We have designed every aspect of this platform — from JazzCash and EasyPaisa instant deposits to PSL cricket betting markets — specifically with the Pakistani player in mind. These Terms reflect that commitment: they are written in plain, accessible English and are intended to be understood by every player who uses the badpkr platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the badpkr platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The badpkr platform is strictly operated for individuals aged 21 years and above. This age requirement is non-negotiable and is actively enforced through our verification processes. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal age throughout the duration of your account.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to access and use the badpkr platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only;
• You have not previously been excluded from any gambling platform, including badpkr, whether by self-exclusion or operator-initiated closure;
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of badpkr or any of its associated companies, game providers, or payment partners;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in registering or using the account;
• Your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the badpkr platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If badpkr identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold winnings earned through duplicate account activity pending investigation.

When registering your badpkr account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping all account information current and accurate at all times.

badpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence — before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any time badpkr deems it necessary to verify your identity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. badpkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify badpkr's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

badpkr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and 1LINK interbank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and credited to your badpkr balance upon confirmation from the respective payment provider.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK are processed within the same business day during normal banking hours. Raast transfers are processed in real time in line with the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast instant payment infrastructure.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your badpkr account belong to you and are not proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity. badpkr operates robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls and may request source-of-funds documentation at any time in line with our AML obligations.

• badpkr does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits;
• Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which badpkr bears no responsibility;
• Deposits that fail due to incorrect payment credentials or insufficient wallet balance cannot be recovered by badpkr;
• badpkr reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity;
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned.

Withdrawal requests from fully verified badpkr accounts are processed within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in line with our anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed our KYC identity verification process in full. This is a one-time requirement. Once your account is verified, all subsequent withdrawals will be processed without repeated documentation requests, unless a change in account circumstances warrants re-verification.

badpkr reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In cases where investigation is required, badpkr will notify the player within 48 hours of the withdrawal request and provide a reasonable estimated resolution timeframe.

badpkr offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cricket bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotional offer at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all badpkr promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified bonus validity period, after which unused bonus funds will be forfeited;
• badpkr reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable prior notice where possible;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;
• badpkr reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount (and associated winnings) found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms.

All games available on the badpkr platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and sports betting markets — are operated under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

Sports betting markets, including PSL and international cricket, are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published within the badpkr sportsbook section. In-play bets are accepted at badpkr's discretion, and markets may be suspended at any time due to data feed issues, match interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

badpkr is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's own errors, including but not limited to placing bets on incorrect markets, misreading odds, or failing to use available responsible gaming tools. It is the player's responsibility to review all bets before confirming them.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the following rules apply:

• Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction are void and stakes are returned in full;
• Winnings generated during a technical malfunction are void and will not be paid;
• badpkr's decision in relation to technical malfunction outcomes is final;
• Players must report suspected technical malfunctions to support within 24 hours of the incident.

badpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling across the platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to help every player stay in control of their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all badpkr players aged 21 and above:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Set automated reminders at custom intervals to track your active session time on the platform;

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the badpkr platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21 years;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes;
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity or using the platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering;
• Attempting to reverse transactions, chargebacks, or disputes through your payment provider without first contacting badpkr support;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing badpkr staff or other platform users in any communication channel;
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or account suspensions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies.

All content on the badpkr platform — including but not limited to the badpkr brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of badpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the badpkr platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any badpkr content without express written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any badpkr content;
• Use badpkr's trademarks, branding, or logo in any manner that could cause confusion or imply affiliation without authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the badpkr platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, badpkr's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your badpkr account at the time the claim arises.

badpkr shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether direct, indirect, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime, regulatory actions, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a player's own decisions or actions on the platform, including placing incorrect bets;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit badpkr's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

badpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Discovery that the account belongs to a player under the age of 21;
• Player-requested self-exclusion;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding void bonuses and associated winnings) will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If closure is due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, badpkr reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the badpkr support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

badpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting a notice on the badpkr platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will also send a notification to the registered email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the badpkr platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which badpkr holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the badpkr platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice by either party, either party may refer the matter to the applicable regulatory authority or dispute resolution body designated by badpkr's licensing jurisdiction. badpkr will cooperate fully with any formal dispute resolution process and will respond to all formally submitted complaints within 10 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
